Free training and career support for Local 261 members

HTA 75 is a free hospitality training and workforce development centre created by UNITE HERE Local 75. It is supported by the Government of Ontario and works in partnership with Local 261 so that our members can access high-quality training at no cost.

The goal is simple: help hospitality workers build skills, gain confidence, and move forward in their careers — whether you’re new to the industry or looking to advance.

What can Local 261 members get?

As a UNITE HERE Local 261 member, you can access:

• Free training programs in housekeeping, culinary, front-of-house, and more
• Career advancement and upskilling opportunities
• One-on-one support from Service Navigators
• Job search and employment services
• Online and in-person options designed for working people

All programs are fully funded!
